What stays on your phone

Workouts, sets, notes and workout photos are stored on your device. Workout photos are never uploaded.

Install identifier — a random ID used to create an anonymous account and count the daily recognition allowance.
Sign-in data (if you sign in) — your email and the identifier from Apple or Google. We never store passwords.
Backup — finished workouts, custom exercises, favourites and core settings, so they are available on all your devices.
Equipment photo for recognition — only after you confirm. The photo is passed through our server to an AI provider (OpenAI) to suggest the exercise and is not stored by us.
Purchases — subscription status comes from RevenueCat, which processes App Store and Google Play purchases. We never see payment details.
Messages to support — the text you send from “Contact us”, a contact for the reply (if you leave one), the app version, platform and language. The message is forwarded to the team’s work chat in Telegram and deleted together with your account.

Google Analytics for Firebase — pseudonymous usage events (e.g. onboarding completed, paywall shown, workout finished, purchase) to improve the app and measure Google Ads performance. Workout contents are not sent.
Apple Ads — if you installed the app from an App Store ad, we learn the campaign and keyword via Apple AdServices to evaluate our ads. The device advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used.

We don’t sell data, show in-app ads or track you across other apps and websites.

You can delete your account and cloud data in the app (Settings → Account) or at https://api.repway.app/account/delete.
